RDM MOTORSPORTS DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.

Shipping Rates
The Shipping Rates shown at time of checkout are estimates only. We encourage you to contact us for a special shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes.  RDM Motorsports drop-ships most orders, while some orders ship directly from our main facility.

RDM MOTORSPORTS, LLC reserves the right to require a receiver signature on all UPS™ and FedEx™ shipments valued at $400.00 USD or greater.

Typical order handling and processing time is 24-48 hours for in stock orders placed Monday through Friday. We do our best to ship orders immediately but we reserve the right to take up to four (business) days to ship in-stock products. Business days are Monday through Friday; orders are not guaranteed to be processed on weekends. Orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day, regardless of the shipping method. Additionally, UPS delivers ALL orders Monday thru Friday, regardless of the shipping time. If you need an order to be delivered on a Saturday if available (this applies to Next Day Air orders only), there is an extra Saturday delivery fee, and this can only be arranged for by calling in and placing your order over the phone.

Items with the stock level of "Ships from Supplier" are only shipped from the supplier within the Continental US (lower 48 states). Any product with the stock level of "Ships from Supplier" that is shipping outside of the lower 48 will first arrive at the RDM MOTORSPORTS facility before shipping to its final destination. If an order is shipping outside of the Continental US and contains both "In Stock" items and "Ships from Supplier" items, the full contents of the order will be collected at the RDM MOTORSPORTS, LLC facility first and will be shipped together regardless of the shipping speed that was paid for.

UPS does not deliver packages to PO boxes. Items shipped via UPS to a PO box will be returned to the sender, and shipping charges cannot be refunded.

We do not ship outside the US.

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.  All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify RDM Motorsports, LLC within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied a damage claim and a refund.

If you received a shipment that is damaged (visibly or once you open the box), please do the following:

  • IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US -
  • Keep the product with its original packaging and box
  • Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
  • RDM MOTORSPORTS, LLC will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed.  DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from RDM MOTORSPORTS, LLC.

Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued

An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier can not be cancelled, these are classified as returns.  Unfortunately once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable.  Special order items, custom items will not be able to be returned.  For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form.
